Have you read The Geography of Nowhere by James Howard Kunstler? He talks about Disney some in the book and I feel like the music would be an interesting way to expand on some of the thoughts he lays out in his book about how Disney creates these immersive lands!
The name sounds familiar, so I feel like I might've read a few chapters of that book several years ago when I was in graduate school. I might have to revisit it! I love the topic of "place" and I remember having a lively discussion (mainly on my end) about Disney parks in my Geographic Theory class. 😂 It's a fascinating subject!
